Akansha Khanna is a fauji brat. Her father is a retired officer in the Indian Navy. Her mother has encouraged her to follow her heart & her younger brother keeps her going on Akansha began her foray into film as an intern with Times of India. She later found the challenges of advertising tough to resist and went to join Lowe Lintas in client servicing. This led her to join advertising in a more hands on fashion as a production manager. Producing was not far behind & she began to produce commercials. Having tasted initial success, Akansha joined Sony Entertainment TV in programming. Longing for international exposure she joined 'Fremantle Media'. She longed for greater challenges & started to head the ad films div of an established production house. She co-founded a production house & also a complete marketing cum events company. She now independently line produces for tv, feature films, ads, documentaries & music videos. She has produced over 700 hours of TV content. She got married on 29th Oct 2012. In 2013 she turned 30, 10 days before her 1st Feature film released as a producer.

Hey girl! Dont be bogged down by people. Each one has his own agenda and you why they behave as they do may not be due to the reasons which are apparent. You are right. Leave the things you do not like to sort themselves out! All the best for job hunting.
